This one exercise increases the strength in stomach, back and butt and make sure that these muscles group cooperates better and keep you strong and straight. When doing this one exercise several times during a week you will get a flater stomach and a better posture. Let’s Hinch!

Do 6 repetitions of version 1.
3/3 on each side on version 2.
3/3 on each side on version 3.
