ROLL YOURSELF UP AND GET STRONG!


A stomach exercise that gets your stomach muscles working and also increases your flexibility in your back. It is 3 exercises in 1!

Be aware that it is an advanced stomach serie and you need a basic flexibility in your back to be able to roll up fully.

If not: Keep your feet on the floor instead of having them in the air if you have a very stiff back. Use also your hands on your thighs to “pull” yourself up if you need to. Do not “jump” up from the floor, but roll!
