The program contains of the following elements:

Let`s Shine Strong and Toned program: 

1: Register your results: Make sure to register your progression and your results further down in the email. (If you get personal guidence at the Let`s Shine Studio in Oslo, your trainer will register your results and you can skip this part).

2:  Your First week:  You will get your first week Workout program with exercises and a workout plan. In addition to this you will get daily tips and inspiration the whole first week.

3: Your second Week. You will get your Second week Workout program with exercises and a workout plan. In addition you will get  tips and inspiration and it`s time for you to tell us how it`s going with your program?

4: Your third and forth Week:  You will get your third and forth week Workout program with exercises and a workout plan. In addition you will get Workout  tips and inspiration during the two weeks.

5: Your fifth and sixth week:  You will get your  Workout program for the fifth and the sixth week with exercises and a workout plan. In addition you will get inspiration during the two weeks and you will check your progression and results and give us an feedback a second time.

6: Your seventh and eight week:  You will get your  Workout program for the seventh and the eight  week with exercises and a workout plan.You will register your results and give us a feedback after completing your program!
