YOU RUSH AND MISS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART!

Don’t get in a rush! Start slowly and make changes to your eating
habits over time. Trying to make your diet healthy overnight isn’t
realistic or smart.

Changing everything at once usually leads to cheating or giving up on your new eating plan. Make small steps and you get big changes over time. YES, you will notice difference right away, but NO, you won’t get long lasting results if you stress and rush,

BECAUSE YOU WON`T BE ABLE TO GET LONG LASTING ROUTINES.

Start by for example:
– Adding a salad (full of different color vegetables) to your diet once a
day
– Or switch from margarine to olive oil when cooking.
– Reduce your carbohydrates in your meals. As your
small changes become a habit, you can continue to add more healthy
choices to your diet.

YOU FORGET TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY!

Your body needs understanding, just like you do. It needs time to adjust and it needs more help than in example eating less carbs and more healthy fats. It`s need a nourishing diet, but it also needs enough and good sleep, low stress levels and a good digestion. And if you drink a lot of alcohol, all though it`s only in the weekends… Well, you don`t give your body enough support to loose those extra kilos. Your body needs you to give it support on many levels. Just like you need support from your friends on several levels.

Priority healthy choices and take a look at:

  • Your sleeping pattern. Do I sleep enough?
  • Your drinking habits: Do I drink too much?
  • Your stresslevels: Am I balanced or stressed?
  • Your stomach and gut: Are my stomach and gut functioning properly?
  • and other areas of your life that affect your health as your relationships, work etc.
  • And of course your diet must be optimized too.

BE YOUR BEST FRIEND:

Start by taking small healthy choices and make sure that you take healthy choices in all areas of your health, not only focusing on what you are eating.

Life is more than what you eat, and so is your body.

Make it easier for yourself to focus on the different small steps you need to take to get the results you want by getting yourself a grocery list and week menu.
