A Blueberry Smoothie to get strong and toned!

If you want to both get stronger and get toned at the same time one of my diet hacks is to eat Blueberry Smoothie in the afternoon.

Why eat a blueberry smoothie in the afternoon? The goal is to eat most of you carbohydrates in the afternoon and as a dessert to have a great fat burning during your day. Therefor eat it after a late afternoon/evening workout or straight after dinner as an dessert!

  • 1 dl blueberries 
  • 1/2-1 avocado
  • (1-2ss coconut oil) Cocosa
  • 1ss MCT coconut oil.
  • 1 ss raw cacao
  • 1/3-1/2 banan or Sukrin gold. 
  • 1 dl water. 
  • You can add Collagen protein in it if you want to, to get amount of protein you need daily to stay strong and toned. My favorite is Super State Collagen from grass-fed cows with no taste.

1: Mix and blend the avocado with Cocosa

2: Add the rest and the water gradually and blend it.  

3: Serve. 

PS: It`s recommended to boil imported blueberries because of a small change of Hepatitt A, but not something I personally do since I believe the risk is too low.
