Let´s Shine commercial/ The perfect dessert when you want a fast and a delicious dessert that makes you loose weight and get a flat stomach.
Eat your sweets in the afternoon. Eat your carbohydrates at dinner time and as a dessert straight after dinner. If you limit your carbohydrates and don`t eat them before your next dinner you will increase your fat burning.
Make sure that your breakfast and lunch do not contain any or minimal carbohydrates and eat instead a handful of carbohydrates as potatoes or rice at dinner time and some fruit, berries or dark chocolate as a dessert.
- 1 carton or can with coconut milk (use only the fatty part and keep the coconut milk in your fridge 24h before use )
- 6 drops of vanilla stevia and 3 tablespoons with sukrin gold
- 100-150 grams frozen blueberry
- 1 teaspoon with vanilla bean powder or vanilla extract (not necessary)
Mix in a blender or whit a hand blender an serve immediately.
If you have the time and want to make it even more creamy, do the following steps: Pour it into a large, freezer-safe bowl.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes. Take it out of the freezer and whisk it briskly (or churn using an electric immersion blender). Return to the freezer.
- Repeat step 1 every 30 minutes until your ice cream is creamy and frozen through. Or poor the mixture in an ice cream machine.
