Do you want an exercise you can do to tone your upper arms without getting big shoulders or bulky arms?
Try the French press lying on your back. Do the exercise 7-10rep and make sure your shoulder blades are pulled down into your back. Keep your elbows still and press the elbow towards your head while bending and straightening your arms. Have a short break for 1-2 min and do a stomach exercise for example, before repeating and doing two more sets.
A total of 7-10 rep x 3 set.
On the last set straighten your arms on the last three rep and hold the position for 7-10 sec to really get your muscles working. Do this exercise 3 times a week and combine it with 1-3 other arm exercises to get a full arm program.
