In the morning:


Morning routine with breakfast:
1: Juice Plus (C-vitamins + Folic acid)
2: Omega Cure + Vitamin D drops (Omega 3 and D3)
3: Vitamin K2
4: Rein Kraft: (Vitamin A, B12 and some iron).
5: Kelpasan (Iodine)

*Vitamn D:1,000 IU for every 25 pounds of body weight.

*Omega 3:

*Vitamin K2: 2 mg (2,000 mcg) per day

*Vitamin C: 1 to 2 g per day (not after workout)

*Vitamin B12: 5 mg (5000mcg) methylcobalamin or hydroxycoblamin

*Folate: 0,8mg (800 mcg) folate (5- MTHF or folinic acid, not folic acid).


Doesn`t matter when:

Iodine (jod): 1 mg per day or 1000mcg (200mcg with 4 capsules).

Selenium: 0,2 mg (200 mcg) per day

Copper: 1 mg per day (liver, cocoa)


With meals:

Vitamin A: 10 000 to 15000 IU per day (3000-4500mcg/ 3- 4,5mg)

Before bedtime:

Magnesium: 600-800 mg per day
