This Partnership Agreement is for your/your company’s agreement with Let’s Shine Lifestyle platform on the base of following terms:

1. BACKGROUND

LSL Platform focuses on offering a membership lifestyle product, primarily advocating for the One-Year LSL Membership.

This partnership aims to promote and sell LSL Memberships, fostering a collaborative effort to attract more valuable customers to the LSL Platform.

2. TRIAL PERIOD AND TRANSITION TO COST-EFFECTIVE STRUCTURE FOR PARTNER

To initiate registration for Let’s Shine Lifestyle (LSL), Partner shall use the exclusive code “LSpartners.” This code provides a complimentary 4-week access period for Partner to acquaint themselves with the platform.

After the trial period, the partnership will transition to a cost-effective structure. As a partner, you will benefit from a reduced membership rate, set at 1194,- per year (equivalent to $9 or 99 NOK per month).

3. MEMBERSHIP OFFERS FOR YOUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

LSL Platform agrees to provide Partner’s clients with exclusive discounts on LSL Memberships with 14 days free trial:

– One Month LSL Membership:
– Regular Price: 499 NOK
– Discounted Price: 249 NOK

– One-Year LSL Membership:
– Regular Price: 2994 NOK
– Discounted Price: 2388 NOK

4. PARTNERSHIP PURPOSE

The primary purpose of this partnership is to enhance the customer base of LSL Platform by leveraging Partner’s existing client network.

LSL Platform encourages Partner to integrate the One-Year LSL Membership into its corporate offerings, either by enhancing existing packages or creating new bundled offers.

5. DEDICATED SPACE

LSL Platform agrees to provide a dedicated space on its platform for Partner’s promotions and offerings, ensuring visibility to LSL Platform users.

6. ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR VALUED PARTNERS

For valued partners like Partner, there are additional opportunities, including but not limited to:
– Guest Speaker Opportunities
– Hosting Live Sessions
– Contributing Content to the Main LSL Platform

7. TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This partnership agreement shall commence on agreed date and shall continue as long as you want partnership with Let’s Shine Platform. Thereafter, the agreement may be renewed by mutual consent.

8. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of this Agreement.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norwegian Government.
