It`s just one thing.
Just one silly thing.
That for some reason got the power to hold you back and stop you from doing the things that would really make you happy.

It`s annoying.

It really is, because I’m doing this mistakes sometimes too, all though I`m doing my best to avoid doing it.


For some reason people believe that he right thing means the same thing as The easiest thing. If it`s right, it must be an easy way. At least it needs to feel easy or good and not be too many obstacles on your way.
Feel free to disagree, but my experience is that people very often know what the right thing is to do or to say, but they still don’t do it.

The reasons for this is silly, frustrating and the main reason why you don’t get the results you want in your life:


Every day people let excuses hinder them to do what they are dreaming of doing. The Top three excuses are:

1: I don`t have the money

2: I don`t have time

3: I don`t have the energy

Give me a break. All though you might don’t have the amount of money in your bank account, why do we let that hinder us? I mean there are many ways you could get the money you need if you keep being true to your dreams or look for other solutions:

Just do this simple exercise and write down 25 ways that would be possible ways for you to get that money and I assure you that you will find possibilities to get the money you need. In example: I could sell of some old clothes and furnitures, I could do some extra work to earn some extra cash, I could…

The same goes for I don’t have the time. Well, so make time. Get up earlier in the morning or get to bed half an hour later. Find out if there are some activities you are doing through your day that you don’t need to do, or others could do or you could do more seldom.

And energy?


How many people do you think are jumping up and down getting up at 5 or 6am or just longing for going to the gym? Not many. Most people are tired and just want to sleep longer and just skip the workout, because it`s hard. Well, here are some news for you. You get up to GET energy, you go to the gym to GET energy. You decide to be energetic and you choose to do activities that will give you energy. You don`t wait to feel like it.

Not enough money, time or energy are really just the top of the iceberg when it comes to excuses. People have endless excuses. Endless.
I don’t feel like it, it`s to cold, it`s too hot, I’m going on vacation, I’m going to work, I’m going to be home, It`s not the right time, I’m going to be out of town, I’m too fat, I’m too thin and……. je… What ever.



Just to be clear.

Or said in other words: rational rescues. It`s all the reasons your mind can think of to stop you (rescue) you from changing and doing the things that would actually make you start glowing and feeling amazing. Hinder you from doing the things that would give you your dream life.

It`s sad in a way.

That most people are so trained in telling themselves and listen to the excuses, that they actually believe the lies they are telling themselves everyday. All their excuses why they can’t do it.

All the reasons for not doing the things they know they need to do to get the results they want.

The right thing is NOT easy. Doing the right thing is hard. To be true to your goal gives grate results, but you have to do the work every day.

If you want to shine more in your life, you get up tomorrow and you make sure that you do what you have planned to do NO MATTER WHAT.

No matter what kind of excuse your mind comes up with.
Don`t listen to it or listen to what you feel like or all the other reasons your mind are throwing at you to make you stay exactly where you are, instead of getting closer to your dream life.

Start living the life you are dreaming of – Today.
Ignore the excuses and live your dream life, no matter what you feel like or don’t feel like.

Just do the things you need to do, be true to you and you will soon notice how good it will make you feel. (All though it will continue to be a little painful to get up early in the morning).
