Try this green juice for a week after you wake up to get your digestion functioning better. The cabbage, celery, lemon and ginger will all support your digestion and the best part is that the juice tastes delicious.

1 Handful of cabbage
7cm of cucumber
1cm of ginger
1/2 lemon
1 celery

Put it in a juice machine and drink it straight away. I recommend you drinking a glass of water with 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar (ecological) in it before drinking the juice. You can eat breakfast afterwards or wait half an hour before consuming food.

Give it a week and notice the difference in your energy level and hopefully you will feel less constipated.
