today I want to share this video where I give you exercises to strengthen your butt, back and thighs.
You can use a stick, hand weights or just keep your hands above your head without any resistance.
Remember though that your body and muscles need resistance to get stronger, so if you manage to do more than 10 reps on an exercise you should add som resistance.
Do the exercises in the same order as in the video and preferably do them all 2-3 rounds.
