To hang everyday is something l recommend you to do. To let your body get a good stretch and at the same time it will strengthen your upper body. Find a place in your home where you can hang or use a branch from a tree and try to hang there at least 60 seconds in total during a day.Try it out and feel how good it feels to hang!
