Start with exercise 1, then do exercise 2 and then 3……

Then take a short break 1-2 minutes and do the exercises one or two more rounds.


1: Pull your stomach in and up at all times during the exercises.

2: Activate your butt and squeeze it on top and put it on a stretch in exercise 1, 2 and 5).

3: Keep your shoulderblades pulled down and activated in the exercises.
