This exercise is the easiest and fastest way to get your posture right, your stomach flat and your muscles turned on!
Give it a go when you are in the bathroom in the morning or in the kitchen. Have goal of moving your legs 5- 20 times without falling down on your heels or without controlling your upper body.
1: Get up on your toes. Find your balance.
2: Put the weight of your body on one leg and let the other leg be in front of you, just above the ground.
3:Change leg controlled and when your find your balance on the opposite leg: Snap, to confirm that you have control and that you found your balance.
Repeat and try to get at least 5 controlled shifts and hopefully more!
