Today l would like to share with you my top 1 exercise to get my butt toned. The exercise lift your butt and give you a round shape. All though it`s important to me to have a strong gluteus musculature, it`s as important to have a butt l like the look of too. (That`s just me beeing honest). There for I prioritize my butt exercises twice a week. Here you have one of my favorite exercise:
1: Two hands swing
This exercise is great for many things, but especially your butt. Make sure that the power to lift the kettle bell comes from your hips, not your hands. Squeeze your butt on the top and try to keep your eyes on the kettle bells at all times. Do 30 to 60 repetitions.
