Today l would like to share with you my top 3 exercises to get my butt toned. These exercises lift your butt and give you a round shape. All though it`s important to me to have a strong gluteus musculature, it`s as important to have a butt l like the look of. (That`s just me beeing honest). There for I prioritize my butt exercises twice a week. Today l share one example of my workouts to tone my butt!

1: Two hands swing

This exercise is great for many things, but especially your butt. Make sure that the power to lift the kettle bell comes from your hips, not your hands. Squeeze your butt on the top and try to keep your eyes on the kettle bells at all times. Do 30 to 60 repetitions.
