1:

Start your day by drinking a black coffee with two table spoons of unsalted butter in it. Add a table spoon with MCT coconut oil in it too. (Start with a half spoon the first couple of days. Blend it in a smoothie machine or with a hand steamer.

Keep drinking the coffee and eat nothing else before lunch during the week. You can drink water before lunch.


2:

Register your loss of fat. Go to My Numbers and take a measurement of your stomach circumference.
