To have a smarter and easier lifestyle, enough and high quality sleep are essential. The reasons for this are several, but the most important reason to prioritize sleep is to be able to make good choices and be present and focused during daytime. 

The goal with enough and high quality sleep is to make sure you can enjoy your life to the fullest. To have a good night’s sleep is very important and if more people understood the importance of this they would be much happier. Most people need approximately 7-8 hours sleep. If you are not getting that amount of high quality sleep on a regular basis, you will get great benefits from going to bed 30min earlier and increasing the quality of the hours you are sleeping. The night time is meant for you to give your body and mind a good rest, so you can shine your light during daytime.
 
Are you finding it hard to fall asleep? Or maybe you wake up during night time? Or are you dreaming a lot? By turning of your cellphone, Ipad and TV at least 30min before going to bed and dimming your lights you can make it easier to get a good night’s sleep. It also helps to prepare your body that it`s time to sleep, by taking a bath or reading a book and to make sure there are no lights in your bedroom during nighttime. To adjust your diet will also improve your sleep. To be a great sleeper, is a key to be a great person during daytime. So the question is how can you prioritize your sleep next week? Can you go home from an event a little earlier than you have planned? Work more during daytime, instead of night time? Be good at prioritizing your sleep. I wish you a great night’s sleep.
