Coconut oil tips

Did you know Coconut oil is incredible!? It offers many health benefits, has a
delicate taste, and you can buy it everywhere. It’s also an extremely versatile
oil with several uses you may not be aware of. Here are five tips on how you
can use coconut oil!

  1. Increase Your Metabolism: Coconut oil contains medium-chain triglycerides
MCT’s. These are fatty acids that are quickly absorbed and can increase the
    number of calories you burn.
  2. Moisturize Your Skin: Coconut oil makes a wonderful moisturizer for your
body. You can use it on your face as well, but this isn’t recommended for
those with very oily skin. It can also help repair cracked heels. Simply apply a
thin coat to your heels at bedtime, put on socks, and continue a nightly basis
    until your heels are smooth.
  3. Make Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate: Homemade dark chocolate is a delicious
way to get coconut oil’s health benefits. It’s easy to find a recipe, feel free to
check out one of my older Instagram pictures of chocolate with recipe.
  4. Remove Stains: Coconut oil can be used to get rid of stains, including spills
on carpets and furniture. Combine one part coconut oil with one part baking
soda and mix into a paste. Apply to the stain, wait five minutes, and wipe
    away.
  5. Create A Luscious Body Scrub: Make a body scrub with ingredients you
already have in your kitchen. It’s wonderful moisturizing, great for the skin,
inexpensive, and absent of chemicals. To make your own: Melt 1⁄2 cup of
coconut oil at a very low heat. Pour it over 1 cup of brown sugar or Himalaya
salt and stir well. You can also add in five drops of your favorite essential oils if
    you have.
