From me, the best thing about training with Helle and following her meal plan has been the fact that I am more aware of my own mental and physical needs. I learned how to efficiently work towards achieving my goals and how to better cope with everyday life at work and with family. I have become better at prioritizing myself and my family instead of wasting energy on unnecessary chores and tasks. I have developed more control over my diet and improved my shopping routines and the way I prepare dinner for me and my family. By following Helle’s meal plan, I’ve come to feel less bloated, I have more energy and I have been losing weight quickly WITHOUT counting calories. I feel powerful and more in control of my own life and relationships.
