The mission to make you thrive and shine more in your life is the story behind the name Let`s Shine and the studio and online guidance that has excisted since 2008.

Helle`s programs have been giving people results for more than 20 years, and you can choose between 3 types of programs, based on what you need and want. Choose the results you want, and skip the rest.

Training

Training or workout is essential to have a strong, functional and good looking body. At Let`s Shine Studio we combine exercises with your own body weights, kettle bells, free weights, and rings. We also use exercises associated with movements from climbing, pilates, yoga, crossfit, gymnastic and ballet. Our goal is to increase your fitness and a body that is both flexible and strong.

The Shine recipe makes sure that you get a strong, slim, toned and a functional body.

In addition to that our specialities are: pregnancy and post pregnancy work outs and eliminating hips, back, neck and shoulder pains and challenges.

1: Helle`s monthly Premium Lifestyle Program with tools  you can use on your own at home, and with just some personal follow ups.

2: Helle`s “All in one program”, with Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle programs with all the secret tools you need to thrive. Choose between all three programs, or to only focus on either training, nutrition or lifestyle. Here you get more personal follow-ups.

3: Helle`s Private Programs where you get one to one guidance or guidance in small groups of 2-4 people. In addition to that you get all the Training, Nutrition and Lifestyle tools in program 2 and access to Lets Shine Lifestyle.

Guidance Online or in Studio? Or Both? You Decide. 

 

The programs are made for your needs and will  be customized based on the level of program you choose.  Either you want to workout at home, in studio, LIVE or to the Replays. If you want some personal follow-ups or you want private follow-ups weekly over time. Find the right program for you, so we can help you optimize your life and health, and thrive more!

FROM PRIVATE TO A DUO OR TRIO?

Sometimes it`s beneficial to workout in a group. We offer duo and trio groups, in addition to private sessions in studio and online. We recommend private sessions first, and then we will find the right group for you.

Who are we?

About us

Helle Luxe

Helle combines Nutrition, Lifestyle and Workout guidence to take you to your goals. In addition to being a personal trainer and nutritionist, she also has a University Bachelor degree in Socialantropology with psychology as specialization and Helle is a certified strategic intervention coach from Robbins- Madens training. Her education together with more than 15 years of experience makes her one of the best on personal lifestyle guidance in Norway.  She uses functional movements to strengthen and tone the body and uses the principle of “flow” to put exercises together in her Shine sessions. Her sessions are a mixture of pilates, kettle bells, heavy weights, acrobatics and ballet movements. Her nutrition advices are based on 5 principles that are easy to adapt and that gives long lasting results. Her specialities are:
Toning and sculpting bodies and specific areas of the body, to loose weight, back pains, neck and shoulder problems, getting a good good posture, pre birth training, post birth training, issues concerning pregnancy, pelvic and stomach training and workouts to train your body and mind at the the same time.  In addition to her specialties in training, her expertise is in the combination of training, nutrition and lifestyle. Her techniques, programs and guidence over time will ensure you results in all areas of your life.

Kristine Vinjor Bogsveen

Kristine has been in the fitness industry since 2011 and has had more than 9000 personal training sessions with clients. She is a certified personal trainer from the Norwegian Sports academy in Oslo. She has also taken education and has specialization on women and work out during pregnancy.
She helps her clients find the balance in their daily life and keep a positiv and a strong mental focus to achieve the results you desire. Kristine will push you to reach your goals. Her goal is to make you reach your goal.

Her clients are smitten and very motivated by her bright and positive personality combined with her knowledge and commitment to help you to your goals. You will always feel a step closer to your goal after a session with Kristine!

Isabel Santos

Isabels passion and expertise besides helping people getting fit and loose weight, is to help people eat healthy and delicious food to rebuild their body, including their stomach and gut. Her expertise are  diseases and challenges in relation to the digestive system, infections in the body and imbalances in the flora in the gut. She also have a lot of experience with IBS, food intolerance and allergies. She gives you comprehensive nutrition programs and guidance to boost your body and your immune system combined with efficient workout.
