Good morning!

Today l want to share one of my top three morning routines with you.
The first thing l do every morning is to:

1: I drink a big glas of water.

This is to keep hydrated and help the organs function well, especially my digestion. I drink it slowly and l try to wait at least 20min before l eat my breakfast. This is to let the water be absorbed so your stomach fluid won`t be diluted.

Next I go to the kitchen and…………..
