Do this when you feel like giving up!

Because somedays you do feel like doing that and you need to be prepared! 

Be prepared to handle those feelings. If you expect that every day will be great, you must likely will be disappointed. To get disappointed because of this is a waste of time. It`s much better to be prepared for those days.

To be prepared for what actually awaits you in the process of reaching your goals is essential. If not the chances are that you will quit and: 

A QUITER NEVER WINS AND A WINNER NEVER QUITS.

Be prepared for days that give you little positive feedback and it`s all up to you to stay the course. 

It`s not my favorite days, not at all. It`s those days you just want to hide and go to bed and you can easily feel lost or like a looser. And therefore it`s SO IMPORTANT to be prepared, to be aware of those days and not let them throw you of track. If you know there will be some shitty days, well it`s much easier tp get through them and keep going. 

Below is my recipe to how to handle those days. Try it out and have it on your cell phone ready “to save you” from being fooled to give up. 

LET`S BE A WINNER: 

1: ACCEPT IT:

Be aware of the fact that it`s day that challenges you of your mental strength and 
your goals. To inhale and see it for what It is, makes it easier to handle. 


2: LOOK AT YOUR GOALS: 

Keep your eyes on the ball. Look at where you are going and what your plans are to get there. That will confirm the fact that you are all in and remind you of what pleasure that lies ahead. It will also remind you of the steps to get there. Maybe you will find that you need to change strategy or do more or less of something, but this will keep you motivated and on track.


3: RESISTANCE IS A PART OF THE GAME!

Knowing that all people that have gotten results have met obstacle and hard times too. You are not alone, but it`s up to you to be a winner and stay the course and not letting some lack of positive feedback get to you. STOP(!) all negative thoughts and say only positive affirmations to yourself. Tell yourself the things you would have told your best friend or your child! You need to train to be a winner in your mindset, because: 

A WINNER NEED TO HANDLE RESISTANCE AND OBSTACLES
JUST AS GOOD AS RESULTS AND SUCCESS! 

SO, LET`S BE A WINNER! 

Now you are prepared. Now you know. Shitty days and lack of positive feedback happens. It`s a part of life, BUT Make sure those days DO NOT DETERMIND who you are and your life. Keep your eyes on the ball and your goals and lift yourself through those shitty days. If you need to rest, rest. But never ever ever give up!  A new and a better day will come and your hard work will pay off  in the end. Be true to yourself and your goals and your results will come!
