This second Flow is “a in the dirt Flow”. It really makes you work it in your muscles and you don’t need any weights! By implementing it with good transitions it`s a pretty dirty dance! Have fun!

1: Squats + Jumps: 10 squats + 20 jumps
2: Roll up: 5/5 + 3/3
3: Crab:  5/5 x 3
4: Star leg kicks: 5 up, 5/5 circles, 10 up
5: Ido Walk: 5/5
6: Cobra Squats: 10 + 5 circles, 10 + 5 circles. 
7: Star Push ups: 3-5/3-5

End the sequence with a squat and end it standing and if possible do a hanging. Repeat 1-2 times to get a full workout.
