That’s todays question. We are all programmed in a different way.
It`s based on your earlier experiences, what you have been told and your beliefs. These aspects among others are determining what you are telling yourself on a regular basis.
So the question is: What are you saying to yourself?
- Be aware of what you are thinking and telling yourself the next week. Are you telling yourself positive or negative things?
- If you are telling yourself something destructive and negative, it`s good to be aware of it, but it`s even more important that YOU STOP THOSE THOUGHTS AT ONCE.
- Make sure that you have healthy positive thoughts that are actually taking you where you want to go and that they are not holding you back.
- If you find it challenging to be positive and say positive things to yourself:
Copy and paste the following sentences and tell them to yourself every time you need to reprogram your mindset:
– I can do this.
– I’m strong.
– I’m good enough,
– It`s going to be okey.
– I`m safe and protected.
